We are proud to offer locally rescued hackberry. All of our wood comes from either storm damage or land development - situations where trees come down we aim to keep the logs out of the grinder.

Hackberry is known for it's 'black and white' grain pattern. In reality, the colors are a bit more muted, but the contrast is amazing. It is a great furniture making wood, is great for steam bending! This product accepts stain well and is easy to work with regardless of your carpentry skill.

This material is beautifully colored, kiln dried and surfaced to your specifications. Our premade material is finished to 3/4", S4S, but if you message us with your unique needs, we can custom make anything.
